Training Design & Delivery
Programmes can be designed for delivery by in-company trainers or, as is more usual, for delivery by Opal.

A wide range of aptitude tests can be provided for such areas as numeracy and critical reasoning.

A strong thread over the last 10 years is that Opal and its associates have extensive experience working with multi-cultural groups and teams, especially throughout Europe.
Some of the larger organisations Opal has worked with over recent years are Abbott Laboratories, Agilent, Birmingham University, British Telecom, Delphi Automotives, London Borough of Harrow, Marks & Spencer, Rotterdam University, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Texas Instruments, The Welding Institute.
As well as these large organisations, Opal has also worked with several smaller concerns and is as motivated to work with, for example, a 10 employee company as for a 10,000 employee company.
In order to meet client requirements, Opal Training has a small number of strategic alliances with other independent trainers and training firms which cover those areas Opal does not.
One close alliance is with a HR software design company who provide standard, or tailored, solutions to both the performance management and HR administration areas.
Opal Training is the trading name of Ken Moore and associates. Ken was HR & Training Director of Framework Consulting DFK, the management consultancy arm of parent company Chantrey Vellacott DFK, until 2002 when he left to establish his own venture.
