The first brand new selfcatering cottages in the New Forest and Hampshire to receive the Grade One in the National Accessibility Scheme. Brand new cottages Bench Cottage has two bed rooms and a large shower room. Dining/lounge area with comfortable chairs, colour television, video, and music player. The beautiful fitted kitchen with split level work surfaces, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, and every untensil you would need. Small garden area and plenty of off street parking.

Littl Bench is the same as above but with only one bedroom for 2 but would sleep a small family of three as a family run.

Both cottages are completley non-smoking and level throughout. So wheelchairs are welcome. Sorry no pets.

The cottages are situated in the little village of Pennington 5 minutes from the famous yachting town of Lymington and 2 miles from the open New Forest.

The owners small indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna is available at a small extra charge for visitors to us, just book a time. Mountain Bikes also available for hire.
