ISO 9000 for SME's

Opal Training provides ISO 9000 advice and consultancy for SME's, particularly firms with up to about 30 employees.

We can help you both attain accreditation and maintain your system after certification.

If you are establishing ISO 9000 in your company for the first time, Opal will work with you to wrap it around your existing processes rather than try to change them to fit ISO guidelines.

We will work alongside you to introduce whatever additional systems you may need and will always check with you that they are not harming your business or generating unnecessary paperwork or procedures.

This means that you will experience very little disturbance to your existing processes and can concentrate on running your business.

We will do whatever we can to help you through accreditation, including suggesting a suitable awarding body to fit with your business and budget.

After accreditation we can help you maintain, and develop, your systems so that you are in the best position to successfully host your on-site annual inspection from the awarding body.

Opal Training is the trading name of Ken Moore and associates. Ken was a Director of Framework Consulting DFK, the management consultancy arm of parent company Chantrey Vellacott DFK, until 2002 when he left to establish his own venture.
